N had been a member of the resistance against the murder drones for years, and V was her closest friend. They had fought side by side, and N had always admired V's bravery and determination. When the elevator fell, N knew that V had sacrificed herself to save them. She couldn't bear the thought of losing her friend, and the grief and anger overwhelmed her. Uzi tried to comfort her, but N was too consumed by her emotions to listen. Tessa, who had joined the resistance more recently, was shocked by the intensity of N's reaction.
